Account problems go to support, and security issues to the confidential route. ## Report a problem Title Showingrequests Search requests No requests on this board yet. Yours can be the first. ## What happens after you send a request 1. **You get a reference.** It is on the screen when you send, and in the receipt emailed to you. 2. **A person reads it.** The reply comes to your address within two business days. Not every request gets built, and not every comment gets a reply; a declined request always says why. 3. **Its status changes here.** Each change carries the date and, where it matters, a note. A shipped request links the changelog entry that records it, and a request that shipped in part says which part. 4. **Duplicates are merged, not deleted.** The words, votes and comments move to the one request, and the merged post says where it went. **Votes.** A vote tells Trooth how many people share a request. It informs priorities alongside impact, accessibility, reliability and effort, and it is not a promise to build. **Corrections are not votes.** Information on a Trust Profile that needs correcting goes to an evidence review, where it is decided on its sources, not its popularity. **Who can see it.** Public: the title and what you write appear on the board with your display name, or as Anonymous. Your email address never appears. Private: only Trooth sees it. It gets a reference and a reply, and it is not listed on the board. What each status means **Awaiting review** Received and published. A person has not decided anything about it yet. **Under review** A person is looking at what it would take and who it would help. **Planned** Trooth intends to build it. Not a date, and plans can change; if this one does, the post says so. **In progress** Work has started. **On hold** Paused, with the reason in the latest update from Trooth. **Partly shipped** Part of it is live. The update from Trooth says which part, and links the changelog entry. **Complete** Shipped, with a link to the changelog entry that records it. **Fixed** The problem is fixed, with a link to the changelog entry where there is one. **Declined** Trooth will not build it. The reason is always written on the post. **Merged** The same request as another post.
