Naming

"Trooth" is a single word, always spelled with a capital "T". It is the name of both the company and the product (not "Trooth app"), and it is never set in capitals in running text.

Named things inside Trooth are proper nouns and keep their capitals: the Trooth Network, a Witness Record.

Usage

Provide plenty of space around Trooth assets. Make them big or make them small, but give them room to breathe. The square canvas the mark ships on is its clear space, and nothing else sits inside it.

The Trooth name and mark are the property of Trooth, LLC. Do not alter, recolour, redraw or reduce them. Do not place the mark inside another shape or combine it with other marks or graphics, and do not use the name or mark in a way that implies affiliation with or endorsement by Trooth, without written consent.

Trooth Wordmark

The wordmark is the mark beside the name, set exactly as the site header sets it: the name in Inter, in the same ink as the mark. Use it in all references to Trooth as space allows. Monochrome only, in the two colours below: Ink on light surfaces, Paper on dark.

Trooth Logo

For tight layouts or logo-only grids, the mark on its own is a concise way to refer to Trooth. Use it with good judgment for your audience, as the wordmark carries the name and has stronger recognition.

The mark is the Enhanced Compact Witness: a witness looking through binoculars, the left lens an evidence document, the right a search symbol. It is one filled shape in one colour, black on light surfaces and white on dark. It is never coloured, never placed inside a shape, never pre-rounded, and never reduced or redrawn for small sizes: a smaller mark is the same drawing, smaller.

When referring to Trooth as a company, such as on social media, or where a square "chip" is required, use the mark on an opaque square: white on black, or black on white. This is the one place a corner radius is allowed. The figure shows a radius of 22% of the side, in the range app stores apply; the files ship square, so the platform applies its own.

Ink and Paper are the two colours the mark is drawn in: Ink on light surfaces, Paper on dark. The brand blue, #1A73E8 (RGB 26, 115, 232), is for actions only, buttons and links, and is never applied to the mark.
