The Trooth Trust Protocol lets anyone holding a Trooth-signed observation check that Trooth produced it unchanged. Each carries a signing time Trooth asserts inside the signature, checkable against the signing keys page.
Note
That signing time is Trooth's own statement: no third party records it.
